Senior Full Stack Developer

Technical Skills

Strong in React / Angular / Vue.
Required skills: state management, responsive UI design, component-based architecture.
Strong in at least one backend stack such as Node.js / Java (Spring Boot) / .NET / Python.
Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL and authentication / authorization.
Strong in PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server.
Knowledge of NoSQL such as MongoDB / Redis is a plus.
Understanding of microservices / modular monolith, API-first design, and event-driven systems at a basic level.
Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
Cloud technology exposure in Microsoft Azure / AWS.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.
6-10+ years of software development experience.
3+ years in full stack development.
Experience building enterprise applications / ERP / SaaS platforms.
Exposure to financial systems / compliance-heavy applications is preferred.

Main Duties:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services (APIs, business logic) and frontend applications (dashboards, workflow UIs).
Build end-to-end ERP features from database schema to API to UI to deployment.
Ensure clean, modular, and reusable code;
Work on core ERP modules such as HR, Legal, Compliance, Business Development, etc.
Develop RESTful / GraphQL APIs and complex business logic (compliance rules, approvals).
Handle multi-tenant architecture and role-based access control (RBAC);
Ensure high performance and scalability.
Build intuitive dashboards for internal teams such as legal, finance, and HR.
Handle complex workflows such as multi-step approvals and case tracking;
Ensure high usability for non-technical users.
Design relational schemas for ERP entities, audit trails, and versioning;
Optimize queries for performance.
Handle multi-entity, multi-currency data.
Integrate with Banking APIs, Government portals, and third-party tools such as CRM, payroll, and accounting systems.
Build secure, reliable API integrations.
Follow clean architecture principles and design patterns.
Write unit tests and integration tests;
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Work closely with the Product Manager, Architect, and QA for feature clarity and test coverage.
Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technical breakdown of tasks.
Develop Agentic AI use cases and use Gen AI as a force multiplier.
Optimize API response times and frontend performance.
Implement secure authentication and data protection mechanisms.
