Content & Communication Executive

Research & Insight Development

  • Conduct research into industry trends, regulatory developments, market opportunities, and business topics.
  • Translate complex information into practical, commercially relevant content.
  • Identify opportunities for new content themes and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, PR, copywriting, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, research, and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • Experience creating content for websites, social media, digital campaigns, and print materials.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in professional services, financial services, legal, consulting, governance, compliance, or advisory sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop executive thought leadership content.
  • Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and B2B content marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content optimisation.

Main Duties:

Content Development & Copywriting

  • Write and develop website content, service pages, landing pages, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Create thought leadership articles, market insights, case studies, and opinion pieces.
  • Develop content that supports business development, lead generation, and brand positioning initiatives.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, professional, and aligned with the Group’s brand and strategic objectives.

Thought Leadership & Executive Communications

  • Interview directors, subject matter experts, and business leaders to extract insights and develop high-quality content.
  • Draft LinkedIn content, articles, and executive thought leadership pieces.
  • Support the positioning of the Group and its leadership team as trusted voices within their respective sectors and markets.

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Develop content calendars aligned to business priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Adapt content for different audiences, industries, and geographic markets.
