Executive – Business Development


  • Holder of a relevant degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Management/Marketing or any other relevant professional qualification;
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position or administration in the Corporate Services sector;
  • Understands the corporate services landscape, taxation, banking in UAE, market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods;
  • Arabic language will be an advantage (both communication and writing);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools;
  • Attention to details;
  • Proactivity;
  • Initiative and ability to multitask;
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems;
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events;
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent time management and organisation;
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Main Duties:

    • Presenting services of the Company and structuring solutions to potential clients and business introducers;
    • Doing sales of the Company’s and affiliated offices’ corporate products and services (as listed below):
      • Mainland Companies, Free Zone Companies and Offshore Companies in UAE
      • Golden visa in UAE
      • Accounting & compliance services in UAE
      • Corporate structuring in Mauritius, Singapore, Delaware
      • Weatlh management products from Mauritius
    • Assisting sales team including representative offices in the setting up of new entities. Those duties include preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to sales teams, representative offices, intermediaries and clients;
    • To ensure good Customer Relationship Management;
    • Onboarding duties including reviewing due diligence documentation of clients prior to submission to Compliance Department and ensuring adherence to Company policies, procedures and legal requirements;
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations, developing quotes and proposals and pitching products and/or services;
    • Researching organisations and credible individuals/companies online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;
    • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing;
    • Contacting potential clients via email, phone or physically to establish rapport and set up meetings;
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, including liaison with marketing team;
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
    • Negotiating and renegotiating with prospective clients by phone, email, and in person;
    • Assisting the General Manager in promoting and selling products and offerings of group entities;
    • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills; and
    • Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by the Director-Commercial.
