Job description

Main Duties:

• Assist with the development and management of the digital marketing strategy for JTH Group;
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Plan and execute all digital marketing including marketing database, email marketing (MailChimp) and social media campaign;
• Manage, guide and train the marketing team;
• Create all the marketing materials (corporate brochure, guide, memo, proposal) and presentation for JTH Group;
• Create, develop and manage websites for companies within the Group;
• Create landing pages and optimize user experience;
• Create, manage and maintain the social medias’ page of JTH Group:
• Create brand awareness and lead generation campaign and ad set up on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram;
• Ensure that all communications, digital marketing channels and marketing materials abide to corporate guidelines to ensure brand consistency;
• Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers;
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc;
• Create web design materials for websites of the Group;
• Create and edit videos for companies within the Group;
• Assist company’s Corporate Social Responsibility projects and events;
• Create and manage marketing event such as webinars, podcast;
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals;
• Liaise with local and international medias for publications;
• Any other cognate duties as assigned by the reporting line.

 

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a Related Field.
• DELF/DALF qualification will be a +
• +3 years of experience in similar role
• Good knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Media Encoder, …)
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
• Communication (written and verbal) skills
• General knowledge of the Mauritius financial services sector/Global Business segment would be an advantage
• Attention to detail
• Good time-management skills
• Enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic
